Andrea Joy Cook

A.J. Cook is a Canadian actress who is best known for her roles in the feature films The Virgin Suicides (1999) as well as Final Destination 2 (2003) in addition to her part in the role of Jennifer 'JJ' Jareau on the TV drama series Criminal Minds. Her television credits includes Dead Like Me and Tru Calling. In her early years as a girl, she learned the art of tap, jazz and ballet dance. When her 17th birthday came around that she began acting. She'd competed in numerous dancing contests.
