Angela Sun

Angela Sun is a journalist sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and TV host. Born on October 19 1979, in Santa Clara County of California Angela Sun is an Award-Winning Journalist, Sportscaster and actor. She earned her degree from the University of California with a diploma in communications and sociology. Sun was a pro at surfing and was a participant in numerous pro-am Surf events which led to her getting sponsorships from large brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans etc. The recognition provided a fantastic opportunity to launch her career in entertainment. She, later on went to become an actress sportscaster as well as a film director. Sun has worked for many news channels mainly as an anchor. Sun was an anchor for Fox Sports Net in 2003. Fox Sports Net correspondent in 2003. The show she hosted in 2012 was American Ninja Warrior, alongside Matt Iseman. Sun hosts The Yahoo Sports Minute for the year 2014. Sun is among the first Asian American star to be a part of the show at ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun was a part of a number of movies, and her skills as an actress have been acknowledged and appreciated. Sun has appeared in films such as Goliath (2016) Hit the Floor ( 2014- 2016) A Perfect Getaway ( 2009) Shackled (2005) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun's 2014 feature length document Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a movie that focused on the impact of plastic pollution on the oceans. She wrote, directed and produced the film herself.
